Our Mission
Russia’s full-scale invasion has caused massive destruction to Ukraine’s infrastructure. According to an analytical report by the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), the total direct damages to the country as of January 2024 exceeded $157 billion. The largest share of these damages is attributed to residential buildings — 37.5% or $58.9 billion.
The active missile and artillery shelling of cities has become one of the main tactics of military action. This has caused significant destruction to housing in cities and villages, especially near the front lines. According to data from early 2024, over 50% of housing in many cities has been damaged or destroyed. The most affected cities include Mariupol, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sievierodonetsk, Bakhmut, Lysychansk, Izium, and others, where up to 90% of residential buildings have been damaged. The number of damaged homes continues to increase due to ongoing combat in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, as well as regular missile attacks across Ukraine.
We unite efforts to rebuild the destroyed housing, providing the opportunity for affected families to return to safe and comfortable living. With the help of modern technologies and financial tools, we collect funds to support the reconstruction of the housing stock in Ukraine. Together, we can help restore cities and return homes to the people.
What we do
We focus on the reconstruction of residential buildings that have been destroyed due to the military actions. It is essential that every home we rebuild not only symbolizes recovery but also becomes a safe place to live. Our goal is not only to restore buildings but also to create spaces where people can feel at home.
How we do it
- Damage assessment — A thorough analysis of damages in each affected area.
- Design and planning — Developing projects that meet modern safety and sustainability standards.
- Construction and restoration — Engaging top specialists to use modern building materials and technologies.
- Supporting local communities — Rebuilding homes not only for people but also to support economic activity in the affected regions.
Why it matters
Restoring destroyed homes is not just about construction. It’s about giving people their safety and confidence in the future. Every rebuilt home is a step towards the restoration of communities, social stability, and the spirit of solidarity.
